1. Educational Qualification
- For Both Posts: Degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Language: Must have passed 10th (Matriculation) with Hindi as a core subject.
- Computer: Proficiency in operating computers is mandatory for both roles.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection will be strictly based on merit and performance in the following stages:
For Clerk:
- Written Exam: English Composition (50 Marks) and General Knowledge (50 Marks).
- Qualifying Marks: 33% in each subject and 40% aggregate.
- Skill Test: Typing speed of 30 WPM in English on Computer.
For Stenographer:
- Shorthand Test: English Shorthand speed of 80 WPM.
- Transcription: 20 WPM transcription speed on Computer.
- Computer Proficiency Test: Knowledge of Word processing and Spreadsheets (Qualifying).
