Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. Specific experience requirements apply for senior posts (3 years for PAA, 6 years for PSAA, 10 years for PAO, 3 years for PSTA, and none for PTA). Age limits vary by post, with relaxation as per government rules.
Salary & Benefits
- Attractive consolidated monthly salary as per the table above
- Annual increment of 7% on consolidated pay
- Medical insurance (self & dependents) to be arranged by candidate (minimum premium ₹15,000/year)
- Leave: 10 days casual leave, 30 days annual leave, and maternity leave as per Govt. of India rules
- Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance as per ADA norms
- Group Insurance and Gratuity as per applicable Acts
- Contract duration: 5 years, extendable based on performance and project requirement
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a written test and interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further rounds.
